Since its founding in 1999, the Motovun Film Festival has screened films from independent and smaller theatres that stand out for their creativity, uniqueness, and storytelling prowess. The Motovun Film Festival is essentially a long-lasting film event that lasts until the end of July. During this time, films are continuously screened from early in the morning until late at night, with outdoor screenings in the evening and inside screenings during the day.
