The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, stove, dishwasher, freezer and espresso machine, while the dining area offers a table for up to six guests. The spacious living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, is perfect for relaxing and spending time together, while a sofa bed is also available if needed.

For a comfortable and carefree extended stay, the villa provides a range of additional amenities, including fast WiFi, a Smart TV with Netflix and HBO, a stereo system, a dedicated workspace, washing machine, tumble dryer and safe.

The villa features an impressive 45 m² saltwater swimming pool, which can be heated during the shoulder seasons, allowing guests to enjoy a swim even outside the peak summer months. The pool area is equipped with four sun loungers, two parasols and pool towels.
