Casa Belladonna is located in the small and peaceful village of Sinožići, only 13 kilometres from Poreč and the sea, making it an ideal starting point for exploring Istria and enjoying nature and a relaxing family holiday.

Designed with a special emphasis on simplicity and functionality, the villa offers an open-space concept that seamlessly connects the interior with the outdoor areas. The house has been decorated with exceptional care and style, visible in every detail of the interior. The owner, a passionate art lover, personally participated in the design and interior decoration project, bringing his unique sense of aesthetics and design into the space.
The ground floor of the villa features a spacious living room equipped with a smart TV with platforms such as Netflix and HBO, a comfortable seating area, and a fireplace. The fully equipped modern kitchen with an island and a dining area for eight people provides the perfect space for shared meals. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with its own entrance area, private bathroom, and terrace furnished with outdoor seating and a sun umbrella.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own entrance area, private bathroom, and terrace with comfortable seating furniture, providing guests with privacy and comfort. For maximum guest safety, all rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art carbon monoxide and smoke detection systems. In the bathrooms, guests can enjoy exclusive Like Casa Belladonna hair shampoo.

Casa Belladonna is a fully smart villa that offers its guests an additional level of comfort, functionality, and security. The villa uses green energy from renewable sources and has been designed as an energy-independent and environmentally friendly property.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants, creating a true oasis of peace. The heated saltwater swimming pool measuring 12.6 m x 4.2 m (52.92 m²) is ideal for relaxation, while the additional hydromassage pool for three persons (2.16 m x 1.66 m) provides an extra touch of luxury. Both pools are available throughout the year, and the villa now also offers a Finnish / infrared sauna for a complete wellness experience.
The covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, gas barbecue, and smart TV is the perfect place for family gatherings. The sun deck by the pool features eight sun loungers, parasols, and seating furniture, while children can enjoy a dedicated playground.

In line with our commitment to sustainable development and environmental care, Villa Casa Belladonna sets new standards in energy efficiency. Domestic hot water is fully heated through rooftop solar collectors, ensuring 100% use of renewable energy sources for these needs. The villa also uses its own solar power plant, achieving a high level of energy independence and further confirming its eco-friendly character.
The villa offers six parking spaces and a charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles (MOON charger), making it a perfect choice for modern, environmentally conscious families. Groups of young people are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
