Casa Belladonna is situated in the small and peaceful village of Sinožići, just 13 kilometres from Poreč and the sea. This makes it an ideal starting point for exploring Istria and enjoying nature and a family vacation.

Designed with a special focus on simplicity, functionality, and sustainability, the villa offers an “open space” concept that seamlessly connects the interior with the outdoor areas. The house is furnished with great attention to detail and style, evident in every aspect of the interior. The owner, a passionate art lover, personally participated in the design and furnishing process, infusing the space with a unique sense of aesthetics and design.

The villa’s ground floor features a spacious living room equipped with a fire place, smart TV and a comfortable seating area. A fully equipped modern kitchen with an island and an four-person dining area provides the perfect space for family meals. The ground floor also includes a double bedroom with its anteroom, bathroom, and terrace, furnished with seating and a parasol.

The first floor has three bedrooms, each with its anteroom, private bathroom, and terrace, furnished with comfortable seating, offering guests privacy and comfort. For guest safety, all rooms are equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detection systems. Additionally, Casa Belladonna branded shampoo is provided in all bathrooms.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants, creating a tranquil oasis. A heated saltwater swimming pool measuring 12.6 m x 4.2 m (52.92 m²) is perfect for relaxation, while an additional whirlpool for three people (2.16 m x 1.66 m) provides an extra touch of luxury. Both pools are available year-round.
The wellness part of the Casa Belladonna is now offering also the finnish and infrared sauna!
A covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, gas grill, and smart TV is the perfect spot for family gatherings. The sun deck by the pool has eight loungers, parasols, and a lounge seating set, while children can enjoy a dedicated playground.

Casa Belladonna demonstrates strong commitment to environmental sustainability. The villa currently uses solar collectors for water heating, ensuring 100% renewable energy for sanitary water. From this year the Casa Belladonna is completely energy independent.
The villa offers six parking spaces and a charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles (MOON charger), making it an excellent choice for modern, eco-conscious families. Groups of young people are not permitted, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.

Guests, with prior reservation, also have access to a full concierge service available throughout their stay. They can book various excursions and activities, from private yoga lessons, massages, to a private chef, and grocery shopping.

Check-in (16:00-20:00) and check-out (07:00-10:00) are possible every day, with a minimum stay of 5 nights.
